葡萄的象征意义探索——以一位女大学生沙盘游戏治疗个案为例

葡萄作为一种历史悠久的物种,在漫长的历史演化过程中,形成了多种多样的象征意义。沙盘游戏是运用意象的象征性来工作的一种治疗方法。以一位女大学生的沙盘游戏治疗个案来分析葡萄所代表的象征意义及由此带给来访者的改变。在来访者24次的沙盘工作中有3次工作出现了葡萄,分别是代表再生的葡萄藤、代表希望的、丰饶的葡萄果实和代表自性的葡萄花环。随着葡萄的不断出现,来访者被滋养,自我力量不断增强,生命活力被激发,逐渐摆脱消极母亲情结的影响,诞生了真实的自我。

As a species with a long history,grapes have formed various symbolic meanings during the long process of evolution.Sandplay Therapy is a therapeutic method that illuminate the clients’inner symbolic world.This essay analyzes the symbolic meaning of grapes and the change of the client based on a Sandplay Therapy case of a female college student In 24 sandplay sessions,grapes appeared three times,including a grapevine that represents regeneration,a grape fruit that represents hope and abundance,and a grape wreath that represents herself.With the continuous appearance of grapes,the client’s ego strength was enhancing,her life vitality was increasing.And she was gradually freed from the influence of the negative mother complex and gave birth to her true self.
