摘要
为探讨赴内地高校任教的台籍教师职业发展及社会融入状况,以湖北某高校台籍教师为调查对象,通过调研及实证分析,发现存在的现实困境包括高校惠台政策缺乏执行性制度保障、台籍教师科研发展的环境性问题受到制约、其职业发展稳定性的配套性措施不够完善、社会融入的配套性人才服务机制欠缺等。建议高校加强政治引领、转换工作思路、拓宽引才渠道,加大惠台政策宣传力度,促进内外融合。
This essay interviews Taiwan Residents teachers at a university in Hubei province to explore their professional development and social integration in China’s mainland.Through research and empirical analysis,the essays founds several practical difficulties,including the lack of an executable system guaranteeing the implementation of preferential policies for the Taiwan Residents,environmental restrictions on the scientific research development of Taiwan Residents teachers,inadequate supporting measures for their career development stability,and a lack of supporting talent service mechanisms for social integration.The essay suggests that universities should strengthen political guidance,alter work ideas,broaden channels for attracting talent,increase publicity about preferential policies for Taiwan,and promote internal and external integration.
