徐海蚌地区的红十五军第一师诞生于1930年6月,结束于1932年9月,以反抗国民党反动派的统治、消灭剥削阶级、救济贫苦百姓为主要使命。红一师的建立震撼了当地的地主势力,在党的正确领导和群众支持下,中国共产党筹备充分、组织得当,成功发动了两次暴动。虽然红一师最终被迫转入地下,但其斗争意义不可低估。红一师的建立标志着党成功在国民党统治的核心地带建立了红军和苏维埃。

The First Division of the 15th Red Army in the Xuzhou,Haizhou,and Bengbu was born in June 1930,and ended in September 1932,with the main mission of resisting the rule of the Kuomintang reactionaries,destroying the exploiting class,and helping the poor and needy.The establishment of the First Division shook the local landlords.And the CPC successfully launched two riots with adequate preparation and organization with the support of the masses.Although the First Division was eventually forced to go underground,its fighting significance cannot be underestimated.The establishment of the First Division marked the CPC’s success in establishing the Red Army in the heart of Kuomintang rule.
