夏热冬冷地区城市高层住宅凸窗设计实践

摘要 针对夏热冬冷地区高层住宅凸窗设计中的重点与难点问题,立足住区现状,通过大量工程实践及实地走访,从立面设计、节能设计、构造设计、空间设计四个方面来研究论述,提出了形式、色彩、尺度以及窗型选择的建议,改进了防渗构造措施,丰富使用功能,解决了凸窗长久以来存在的安全、渗漏、节能、美观等问题。 In response to the key and difficult issues in the design of bay windows of high-rise residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas,the article focuses on the current situation of residential areas,conducts extensive engineering practice and field visits,and studies and discusses them from four aspects:facade design,energy-saving design,structural design,and spatial design.Suggestions are proposed for the selection of form,color,scale,and window type.The article improves the anti-seepage structural measures,enriches the use functions,and solves the long-standing safety,leakage,energy-saving problems of bay windows Beauty and other issues.
