硫酸盐侵蚀下铁路混凝土含气量控制标准研究

摘要 为完善铁路标准中关于混凝土在硫酸盐侵蚀环境下含气量的控制要求,以最典型的三种中等强度混凝土(C35,C40和C50)作为基准混凝土,每种强度等级混凝土均配制4种含气量。研究了混凝土抗压强度耐蚀系数与含气量之间的关系,结果表明C35,C40和C50混凝土抗压强度耐蚀系数变化与混凝土含气量之间呈二次函数关系,且关联性良好,并根据试验结果提出了三种强度等级混凝土含气量的控制建议。 In order to improve the control requirements of air content of concrete under sulphate attack environment in railway standard,three typical medium strength concrete(C35,C40 and C50)are used as the reference concrete,and four kinds of air content concrete are prepared for each strength grade.The relationship between the corrosion resistance coefficient of concrete compressive strength and the gas content is studied.The results show that there is a quadratic function relationship between the corrosion resistance coefficient of concrete compressive strength of C35,C40 and C50 concrete and the gas content of concrete,and the control suggestions for the gas content of concrete of three strength grades are put forward according to the test results.
