不同预紧力下预制综合管廊地震响应研究

摘要 为研究装配应力大小对综合管廊防水、受力、抗震性能等诸多方面的影响,分析了包头市某地下双舱综合管廊,建立不同装配应力下的综合管廊有限元模型,对管廊防水橡胶圈接触压力、结构受力以及结构位移变化进行研究。结果表明:装配应力的施加可以有效提高管廊防水性能,但橡胶圈接触压力受装配应力施加位置影响而伴随有分布不均匀的问题;管廊连接孔道部位在装配应力作用下会产生明显的应力集中现象;在地震动作用下随装配应力加大,结构竖向加速度峰值减小、水平向加速度峰值增大、管廊顶底板中部以及侧墙中部的峰值位移增大。 In order to study the effect of assembly stress on the waterproof,mechanical and seismic performance of the utility tunnel.This paper analyzes the utility tunnel of a place in Baotou City.The finite element model of utility tunnel under different assembly stress is established.The contact pressure,structural force and structural displacement of waterproof rubber ring of utility tunnel were studied.The results show that the application of assembly stress can effectively improve the waterproof performance of the utility tunnel,but the contact pressure of the rubber ring is affected by the position of assembly stress,and the distribution is not uniform.Under the action of assembly stress,the joint hole of utility tunnel will produce obvious stress concentration phenomenon.With the increase of assembly stress under ground motion,the peak of vertical acceleration decreases,the peak of horizontal acceleration increases,and the peak displacement increases in the middle of the top and bottom of the utility tunnel and the middle of the side wall.
