随着当今社会与科技的迅猛发展,现代战争形态已转变为陆、海、空、天、网、电等联合全域体系化对抗,联合作战跨域协同成为研究未来战争制胜机理的重要课题.深入分析了联合作战行动跨域协同的概念内涵、重要问题和计划控制关键技术,聚焦跨域行动协同计划与执行控制问题,从不同指挥控制模式角度梳理提出了集中式跨域协同计划与控制技术、分散式跨域协同计划与控制技术两类关键技术,并详细阐述了两类关键技术的需求背景、运行框架以及核心实现方法,为有效实现联合战场环境下跨域协同行动提供了重要技术支撑.

With the rapid development of society and technology nowadays,the pattern of modern war has turned into the systematic confrontation of the Joint All-Domain,where it includes the domains of land,sea,air,space,cyberspace,electromagnetism,and so on.Joint operation and cross-domain coordination have become the important research topics which help to obtain the victory mechanism of future war.The conceptual connotation,important issues and key technology of planning and control for joint operation action cross-domain coordination are deeply analyzed.The planning and executive control problems for cross-domain action coordination are focused on.From different command and control modes,two types of key technologies,the centralized cross-domain coordination planning and control technology,decentralized cross-domain coordination planning and control technology are proposed.Then,the demand background,running framework and core implementation methods are expounded in detail to provide the important technical support for effective implementation of cross-domain coordination action under joint battlefield environment.
