Processing Technology and Tooling Design of Short Series Ball Valve Seat Grease Oblique Hole

球阀是管线应用最为广泛的阀门之一,具有密封性能好、结构紧凑、流通阻力小、占用空间位置小、开关迅速等特点,常规球阀按结构分为浮动式球阀与固定式球阀,固定式球阀的球体由上下阀杆固定在阀体中心,靠介质力推动阀座贴合球面密封,对于口径偏大规格球阀一般选用固定球阀。固定球阀有许多功能特点,如用户要求阀座必须具有注脂、止回阀功能,对于中低压力短系列固定球阀,由于标准规定的结构尺寸短、空间有限,按常规方法设计加工很难保证阀座同时具有注脂、止回、通脂功能。通过设计一种斜式角度架工装,辅助阀座通脂孔斜接中法兰注脂、止回阀螺纹孔,从而达到功能要求。

Ball valve is one of the most widely used valves in pipelines,with good sealing performance,compact structure,small flow resistance,small occupying space position,rapid switching,etc.,conventional ball valve is divided into floating ball valve and fixed ball valve according to the structure,the ball of the fixed ball valve is fixed in the center of the valve body by the upper and lower stem,and the valve seat is sealed by the medium force.For large-diameter ball valves,fixed ball valves are generally selected.Fixed ball valve has many functional features,such as the user requires that the valve seat must have grease injection,check valve function,for low and medium pressure short series fixed ball valve,due to the short structure size specified in the standard and limited space,it is difficult to ensure that the valve seat has grease injection,check and grease through the conventional design and processing.By designing a kind of oblique Angle frame tool,the grease hole of the valve seat is assisted to mitre the thread hole of the middle flange and the check valve,so as to meet the functional requirements.
