摘要
在石油、化工和核电等众多工业领域中,阀门通常会面临高温高压的工作环境,通过模拟阀门的实际工况对阀门的性能进行测试,对于保证阀门产品质量具有重要的意义。本文介绍了一种用于阀门冷态和热态工况测试的试验系统及其工作原理,并说明了阀门在冷态和热态工况下基本性能的测试方法和评价指标,旨在为阀门产品在冷态和热态工况下测试装置和测试技术的发展提供参考。
In many industrial fields such as petroleum,chemical industry and nuclear power,the valve usually faces high temperature and high-pressure working environment.It is of great significance to test the valve performance by simulating the actual working conditions of the valve to ensure the quality of the valve product.This paper introduces a test system and its working principle for testing valves under cold and hot working conditions,and explains the testing methods and evaluation indexes of some basic performances of valves under cold and hot working conditions.Some references are provided for the development of testing devices and testing techniques for valve products under cold and hot conditions.
