苇塘养殖中华绒螯蟹成蟹试验

Experiments on culturing adult Eriocheir sinensis in reed ponds

利用吉林省镇赉县莫莫格镇苇塘资源,开展中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)成蟹生态养殖试验。扣蟹选用在本地自行培育的嫩江1号扣蟹,选择3种不同的规格,分别为5.88g/只、6.67g/只、8.33g/只。每种规格扣蟹均按照320只/亩投放,分别投放于3口面积分别为12.11亩、18.8亩、38.8亩的苇塘,试验塘面积共69.8亩。在苇塘开挖环沟,移植水草,投放螺类,投喂玉米、杂鱼、配合饲料等,定期测定体重增长情况。整个养殖试验为期134d,河蟹成蟹平均亩产18.46kg,平均规格103g,成活率56%,平均亩盈利381元。

An ecological culture experiment of adult Eriocheir sinensis was carried out using the resources of reed ponds in Momoge Town,Zhenlai County,Jilin Province.Three different sizes of Juvenile crab,5.88g/crab,6.67g/crab and 8.33g/crab,were selected from the locally bred Nenjiang No.1 Juvenile crab.Each type of specification was placed in accordance with 320 crabs/mu,respectively,in three reed ponds with areas of 12.11mu,18.8mu,and 38.8mu,with a total test pond area of 69.8mu.Ring ditches were dug in the reed ponds,water plants were transplanted,snails were put in,corn,miscellaneous fish and compound feeds were fed,and weight growth was measured regularly.The whole aquaculture experiment lasted for 134 d.The average yield of adult Eriocheir sinensis was 18.46 kg per mu,with an average size of 103 g,a survival rate of 56%,and an average profit of RMB 381 per mu.
