养殖密度对草鱼血清生化指标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了探讨养殖密度对草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)血液生化指标的影响,该研究共购买了27kg(4860尾)规格统一为(5.50±0.50)g且体表健康的草鱼。并对其分为4个养殖密度组,即I组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组。每个组的养殖密度分别为10.0kg/m^(3)、18.0kg/m^(3)、26.0kg/m^(3)、34.0kg/m^(3)。每个养殖密度组分别饲养草鱼180尾/箱、330尾/箱、480尾/箱和630尾/箱。每个密度组各有3个重复小组。整个试验为期8周。试验结束后采集血液,进行生化指标测定。结果发现,I组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组的谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、甘油三酯、胆固醇、葡萄糖呈上升趋势;I组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组的谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶组间升高对比达到显著性水平(P<0.05);Ⅳ组的谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶极显著地高于I组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组(P<0.01);Ⅳ组的甘油三酯、总胆固醇极显著地高于I组(P<0.01),显著地高于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05);Ⅳ组的葡萄糖极显著的高于I组、Ⅱ组(P<0.01),显著的高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,随着养殖密度的升高,在应激状态下血清中的谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、甘油三酯、胆固醇和葡萄糖的水平也相应的升高。 In order to investigate the effect of culture density on blood biochemical indices of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella),a total of 27kg(4860 fish)of grass carp of uniform size(5.50±0.50)g and healthy body surface were purchased for this study.They were also divided into four culture density groups i.e.GroupⅠ,GroupⅡ,GroupⅢand GroupⅣ.The culture densities of each group were 10.0kg/m^(3),18.0kg/m^(3),26.0kg/m^(3),34.0kg/m^(3).The 180,330,480 and 630 grass carp were reared in each density group There were three replicate groups for each density group.The whole experiment lasted for 8 weeks.Blood was collected at the end of the experiment and biochemical indices were measured.It was found that the alachlor aminotransferase(AST),glutamine aminotransferase(GAT),triglycerides,cholesterol,and glucose showed an increasing trend in GroupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢ;the comparison of the intergroup elevation of AST and GAT in GroupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢreached the significance level(P<0.05);AST and GAT were extremely significantly higher than those in GroupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢin GroupⅣ(P<0.01);and the triglyceride and total cholesterol in GroupⅣwere extremely significantly higher than those in Group I(P<0.01)and significantly higher than those in GroupsⅡandⅢ(P<0.05);and glucose in GroupⅣwas extremely significantly higher than those in GroupsⅠandⅡ(P<0.01)and significantly higher than those in GroupⅢ(P<0.05).The experimental results showed that with the increase of breeding density,the levels of serum azelotransferase,azelotransferase,triglyceride,cholesterol and glucose increased accordingly under the stress condition.
