不同硒源对鲫鱼抗氧化能力的影响

摘要 试验旨在研究不同硒源对鲫(Carassius auratus)机体抗氧化能力的影响。试验选择240尾体重约为15g、体质健壮的鲫随机分成3组,每组4个重复,每个重复20尾。对照组投喂基础饵料,试验1组投喂含有0.3mg/kg的无机硒(亚硒酸钠)的基础饵料,试验2组投喂含有0.3mg/kg的有机硒(硒代蛋氨酸)的基础饵料。试验周期为28d。试验结束,采集各组鲫的肌肉组织,检测相关的抗氧化指标。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验1组和试验2组鲫的肌肉中丙二醛水平显著降低,分别降低了16.76%、31.07%(P<0.05);试验2组鲫的肌肉中丙二醛水平比试验1组显著降低了17.19%(P<0.05)。试验1组和试验2组鲫的肌肉中超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照组,分别提高了21.59%、29.67%(P<0.05)。试验1组和试验2组鲫的肌肉中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著高于对照组,分别提高了17.9%、29.31%(P<0.05)。硒对鲫的肌肉中过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽-硫转移酶及谷胱甘肽还原酶活性未产生显著性影响(P>0.05)。研究结果表明,在鲫的生产中使用硒可以提高肌肉的抗氧化能力,且有机硒的效果优于无机硒。 The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different selenium sources on the antioxidant capacity of crucian carp(Carassius auratus)organism.Two hundred and forty Carassius auratus weighing about 15g and in robust condition were randomly divided into three groups,with four replicates of 20 tails in each group.The control group was fed with a basic bait containing 0.3 mg/kg of inorganic selenium(sodium selenite),while the control group was fed with a basic bait containing 0.3 mg/kg of organic selenium(selenomethionine),and the control group was fed with a basic bait containing 0.3 mg/kg of inorganic selenium(sodium selenite),and the test period was 28 days.At the end of the test,240 carp were randomly divided into three groups.At the end of the experiment,the muscle tissues of crucian carp in each group were collected and tested for relevant antioxidant indexes.The results showed that compared with the control group,the levels of malondialdehyde in the muscles of crucian carp in test groups 1 and 2 were significantly reduced by 16.76%and 31.07%,respectively(P<0.05),and the levels of malondialdehyde in the muscles of crucian carp in test group 2 were significantly reduced by 17.19%compared with that of test group 1(P<0.05).The superoxide dismutase activity in the muscle of crucian carp in test group 1 and test group 2 was significantly higher than that of the control group,by 21.59%and 29.67%,respectively(P<0.05).Glutathione peroxidase activity in the muscle of crucian carp in test group 1 and test group 2 was significantly higher than that of the control group,increasing by 17.9%and 29.31%,respectively(P<0.05).Selenium did not significantly affect the activities of catalase,glutathione-sulfotransferase and glutathione reductase in the muscle of crucian carp(P>0.05).The results of the study suggest that the use of selenium in crucian carp production can improve the antioxidant capacity of the muscle and that organic selenium is more effective than inorganic selenium.
