梳理博物馆在成人闲暇教育中的独特教育价值,以国内博物馆开展的诸多成人教育活动为例,探讨博物馆成人闲暇教育活动分众化设计策略和实施路径,以期为日后高质量推进博物馆成人教育提供思路和借鉴。

With the continuous progress of society and the rapid development of economy,lifelong education,lifelong learning and learning society has been integrated into a"trinity"education system.Leisure education is an important field of adult lifelong learning.How to use leisure time to develop adult education has become a real and urgent problem.As a social public cultural service institution,museum should adhere to the concept of full coverage and diversification,and apply high-quality and varied educational resources and distinct and rich cultural atmosphere to adult leisure education.This paper reviews the unique educational value of museum in adult leisure education,takes lots of adult education activities in domestic museums for example,discusses the design strategy and implementation paths of diversified adult leisure education activities in museum,in order to Promote high-quality development of adult education in museum in the future.
