活性染料及其水解产物的毛细管电泳分析及水解过程监测 被引量:1

摘要 研究了毛细管电泳结合紫外检测(CE-UV)对不同结构活性黑5(SES-SES-black-5)、活性蓝49(Cl-blue-49)、活性黄145(SES-Cl-yellow-145)及其完全水解产物(HES-HES-black-5,HES-blue-49,HES-HES-yellow-145)进行定性定量分析的新方法。通过优化硼酸钠浓度、乙腈(ACN)体积分数和p H,确定CE背景电解质(BGE)为10 mmol/L Na_(2)B_(4)O_(7)+15%(体积分数)ACN,用0.50 mol/L NaOH调节pH至9.30。在检测波长200 nm下,活性染料及水解产物质量浓度在2.0~100.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(相关系数R^(2)大于0.991 3),检出限(LOD)范围为0.53~1.80 mg/L,迁移时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差范围分别为0.19%~0.57%和2.0%~3.5%。由此表明CE-UV对6种目标物可准确定性定量。采用开发的CE-UV方法测定了活性染料及其水解产物的浓度,并计算水解速率,通过对比水解速率差异确定Cl-blue-49在pH=13.00,温度80℃时具有很好的反应活性,说明CE作为一种有效的分离分析技术在印染行业中的应用潜力。 A new method for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of different structures of C.I.Reactive Black 5(SES-SES-black-5),C.I.Reactive Blue 49(Cl-blue-49),C.I.Reactive Yellow 145(SES-Cl-yellow-145)and their fully hydrolyzed products(HES-HES-black-5,HES-blue-49,HES-HES-yellow-145)by capillary electrophoresis combined with ultraviolet detection(CE-UV)is studied.By optimizing the sodium borate concentration,acetonitrile(ACN)volume percentage and p H,the final CE background electrolyte(BGE)is determined to be 10 mmol/L Na_(2)B_(4)O_(7)+ 15% ACN,and the pH is adjusted to 9.30 with 0.50 mol/L NaOH.The linearity of the reactive dyes and hydrolysis product concentrations is good in the range of 2.0-100.0 mg/L(correlation coefficient R^(2)0.991 3)at the detection wavelength of 200 nm,and the detection limits(LOD)are in the range of 0.53-1.80 mg/L.The relative standard deviations of migration time and peak area are in the ranges of0.19%-0.57% and 2.0%-3.5%.This results show that CE-UV can accurately quantify the six targets qualitatively.The developed CE-UV method is also used to determine the concentrations of reactive dyes and their hydrolysis products to calculate the hydrolysis rates.By comparing the differences in hydrolysis rates,it is determined that Cl-blue-49 has good reactivity at pH of 13.00 and temperature of 80 ℃,thus demonstrating the potential of CE as an effective separation and analysis technique for application in the dyeing and printing industry.
