摘要
利用生物基材料玉米醇溶蛋白和壳聚糖对棉织物进行涂层整理,赋予棉织物疏水性和抗菌性,探究不同涂层结构对棉织物疏水性的影响,并利用扫描电镜和红外光谱对棉织物表面涂层进行表征。结果表明,经壳聚糖和玉米醇溶蛋白混合涂层整理后的棉织物水接触角可以达到(132.98±1.03)°,功能化棉织物对大肠埃希菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率均在85%以上,并且织物保留了良好的透气性。
Cotton fabrics are coated with bio-based materials zein and chitosan to impart hydrophobicity and antibacterial properties.The effects of different coating structures on the hydrophobicity of cotton fabrics are investigated,and the surface coating of cotton fabrics is characterized using scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the water contact angle of cotton fabric treated with a mixed coating of chitosan and zein can reach(132.98 ± 1.03)°.The antibacterial rates of functional cotton fabric against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus are all above85%,and the fabric retains good air permeability.
