经济学视角下高校劳资管理的合理化路径研究

摘要 高校劳资管理部门承担组织职工培训、福利发放和待遇制定等责任,其在经济学理论的支撑下合理化发展,可为教育事业改革保驾护航,更好地落实科教兴国战略。文章将针对性分析高校劳资管理的政策性、连续性以及复杂性特质,并分析影响劳资关系的相关要素。从重视增大自主选择权,完善业务联动体系、增强劳资工作者素质,拓展部门职能范围、引入数字化办公体系,优化绩效评估机制三方面入手,完善高校管理架构。 The labor and capital management departments in universities are responsible for organizing employee training,welfare distribution,and salary formulation.Their rational development,supported by economic theory,can escort the reform of education and better implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.This paper will analyze the policy,continuity,and complexity characteristics of labor management in universities,and analyze the relevant factors that affect labor relations.To improve the management structure of universities,we should focus on increasing the right of independent choice,improving the business linkage system,enhancing the quality of labor and capital workers,expanding the scope of department functions,introducing a digital office system,and optimizing the performance evaluation mechanism.
