The development of school enterprise cooperation fully helps college students adapt to the new environment of talent employment development in the new era,and also provides more high-quality talent resources for enterprises,which has a positive impact on promoting the healthy development and upgrading of industries.This paper will be based on the analysis of the structure of precision employment for college students under the school enterprise cooperation model,understand the main needs of precision employment for college students from the perspective of school enterprise cooperation in the new era,and formulate scientific strategies for the development of precision employment for college students in order to improve the quality of education and training for college students,and leverage the advantages of school enterprise cooperation in the cultivation of precision employment for college students.
