高职实践教学质量评价与成果转化研究

Research on the Quality Evaluation and Achievement Transformation of Practical Teaching in Higher Vocational Education

实践教学改革是高等职业教育提质培优政策的重要内容之一,而实践教学质量评价的创新发展又是实践教学改革的重中之重。通过针对当前实践教学评价体系中的评价理念、评价对象、评价结果的多方面问题,在协同性综合实践教学改革前提下,构建了德技并重、多维并举的高职院校实践教学质量评价体系。并且围绕实践教学过程中产生的师生成果转化问题提出了改革思路,建立了师、校、企三级成果转化机制,为不同类型不同层次的成果明晰了转化路径,对于提高实践教学质量和夯实校企合作基础都有较为重大的意义。

Practical teaching reform is one of the important contents of the policy of improving the quality and excellence of higher vocational education,and the innovative development of practical teaching quality evaluation is the top priority of practical teaching reform.Based on the multiple issues of evaluation concepts,evaluation objects,and evaluation results in the current practical teaching evaluation system,and under the premise of collaborative comprehensive practical teaching reform,a practical teaching quality evaluation system for higher vocational colleges with equal emphasis on morality and technology and multi-dimensional development has been constructed.And around the transformation of teachers'and students'achievements generated in the process of practical teaching,we proposed reform ideas,established a three-level transformation mechanism for teachers,schools,and enterprises,and clarified the transformation path for different types and levels of achievements.This is of great significance for improving the quality of practical teaching and consolidating the foundation of school-enterprise cooperation.
