摘要
教育与经济发展应形成耦合动力。职业院校需多层次剖析职业教育高质量发展的本真内涵,用以科学与全维度诊断当前发展问题,在突破困境方面形成新的实践方略。可从以下四方面着手:一根据区域经济高质量发展人才需要,构建目标协同机制;二以利益相关者实际诉求为依据,设计职业教育发展思路框架;三基于共建共享共治理念,搭建数字化管理与服务平台;四全程多模块推进,以实现协同共赢。
Education and economic development should form a coupling power.Vocational colleges need to analyze the true connotation of high-quality development of vocational education at multiple levels,so as to scientifically and comprehensively diagnose current development problems and form new practical strategies in breaking through difficulties.We can start from the following four aspects:the first is to build a target coordination mechanism according to the needs of high-quality talents for regional economic development;the second is to design the framework of vocational education development thinking based on the practical demands of stakeholders;third,a digital management and service platform should be built based on the concept of co-construction,sharing and co-governance;fourth,the whole process should be promoted by multiple modules to achieve win-win cooperation.
