高校辅导员开展思想政治教育工作的思考

思政教育是贯穿党的教育方针,是实现高等教育目标的前提保障。高校辅导员在思政教育工作中扮演着举足轻重的重要角色,不仅是学生的人生导师,更是思政教育的指导者,与学生存在亦师亦友的紧密联系。因此在开展思政教育工作的过程中辅导员应始终坚持围绕学生、服务学生、关照学生等原则,以学生为本,做到助力学生成才成长的同时提升思政教育工作的实效性与有效性。对此本文结合辅导员工作与思政教育工作的内在关联,探究辅导员开展思政教育工作所存在的问题,提出科学合理的应对策略和方案,以期发挥辅导员在高校思政教育工作中的推进价值。

Ideological and political education is the educational policy that runs through the Party,and is the prerequisite guarantee for realizing the goal of higher education.College counselors play an important role in ideological and political education.They are not only the life instructors of students,but also the instructors of ideological and political education.They are closely connected with students as teachers and friends.Therefore,in the process of carrying out ideological and political education,counselors should always adhere to the principles of centering on students,serving students,caring for students,and taking students as the center,so as to help students grow up and improve the effectiveness and effectiveness of ideological and political education.Based on the internal relationship between counselors'work and ideological and political education work,this paper explores the problems existing in counselors'ideological and political education work,and puts forward scientific and reasonable coping strategies and plans,with a view to giving play to the promotion value of counselors in ideological and political education work in colleges and universities.
