红色校史促进高校红色通信人才培养

Red History Promoting the Red Talent Training in the University of Communications

探讨了生命教育在人才培养中的重大作用,对高校学生心理异常现象进行了分析,指出在世界经济滑坡、就业压力巨大、叠加疫情形势下通信人才培养的难点。以通信类院校南京邮电大学为例,采用以史为鉴、红色精神为导向的方针,通过课堂内外宣传南京邮电大学红色通信校史的途径,润物细无声地将红色思政引入课堂教学,将红色精神融入科研实践,将红色基因嵌入本科、研究生论文指导,用老中新三代的红色通信人的经历来激励新通信人的革命精神,最后给出高校最终要培养的是有红色灵魂的科技人才。

This paper discusses the importance of life education in personel training and analyses the mental disorder among college students.Difficulties have been pointed out under the serious situation,including the declination of world economy,increasing pressure of graduate employment and the added COVID-19 period.Taking the red history of NJUPT as a case,by the policy of taking history as a mirror and red spirit as a guide,the way to publicize the red communication history of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications inside and outside the classroom is adopted,including red ideology into the classroom teaching,red spirits into science practice and red gene into dissertation guidance,the old-mid-new red school fellows'stories are inspiring the new communication students of their revolution faith.At last,the training of technical talents full with red souls is the ultimate goal of colleges and universities.
