教师英文绘本教学设计能力提升的困境及策略研究

摘要 全球化语境下,英语学科的重要性不断提升,以英文绘本作为教学工具能够拓宽英语教师的教学思路,提升学生们的学习兴趣,并有利于转换课堂的主体地位。但现阶段,提升高校教师英文绘本教学设计能力,在理念传播、内容优选、课堂教学设计和教师队伍建设等方面还存在一些问题。因此,应从明确课堂教学理念设计并提升教师综合素养、精选英文绘本的内容、强化对教师队伍的培训教育及对高校教师群体实施系统化绩效考核等几个方面同步采取应对措施,提高教师的英语课堂设计能力。 In the context of globalization,the importance of the English subject is constantly increasing.Using English picture books as a teaching tool can broaden the teaching ideas of English teachers,enhance students'interest in learning,and help to change the dominant position of the classroom.However,at this stage,there are stll some problems in concept dissemination,content selection,classroom teaching design and teacher team building to improve the teaching design ability of English picture books for college teachers.Therefore,the corresponding measures should be taken in several aspects,such as clarifying the classroom teaching concept,designing and improving the comprehensive quality of teachers,selecting the contents of English picture books,strengthening the training and education of teachers,and implementing systematic performance appraisal of teachers in colleges and universities,so as to improve teachers'English classroom design ability.
