Innovation and Development of Library Business and Service under the Intelligent Environment

在信息科学技术发展和经济全球化不断深入的背景下,我国图书馆业务与服务的创新性活动愈来愈密集,数字图书馆及其相关的对外交流与合作也越来越频繁,为推动中国特色社会主义文化向全球范围内的传播起到了重要作用。在中国特色社会主义进入新时代背景下,在智能化的环境中,图书馆应不断进行改革和发展创新,对新智能环境下图书馆中的人员、制度、设备设施等方面进行优化和提升,利用信息技术手段和方式不断提高图书馆的服务质量与信息交流,构建新时代数字化图书服务体系,为读者带来更为便捷的读书体验。该文从图书馆发展趋势与背景,智能化环境下图书馆业务的创新路径分析新时代背景下图书馆创新发展路径,以期带动全国有关机构在发展智能化图书馆方面工作的开展,为未来的图书馆交流和合作项目的实施提供一定的借鉴和参考。

Under the background of the continuous deepening of the development of information science and technology and economic globalization,the innovative activities of library business and services in China are be‐coming more and more intensive,and digital libraries and their related foreign exchanges and cooperation are also becoming more and more frequent,which has played an important role in promoting the spread of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics to the world.Under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,in an intelligent environment,libraries should continue to reform,develop and innovation,optimize and improve the personnel,system,equipment and facilities in the library under the new intelligent environment,use information technology means and ways to continuously improve the service quality and information exchange of the library,and build a digital book service system in the new era,so as to bring readers more convenient reading experience.This paper analyzes the innovation and development path of the library under the background of the new era from the development trend and background of the library and the innovation path of library business un‐der the intelligent environment,in order to drive the work of national relevant institutions developing intelligent li‐braries,and provide certain models and reference for future library exchanges and cooperation.
