摘要
当前,人工智能发展进入新阶段,呈现出新的特征,它在赋能教师教学革新的同时,也让教师陷入角色转变的困境。在人工智能时代,教师正面临着知识传播者角色的边缘化、标准教学者角色的模糊化、教学评价者角色的工具化、劳动工作者角色的替代化等危机。为应对其角色危机,教师角色需要做出转变:凸显教师的育人性,由注重传递向注重引导转变;强化教师的主体性,做有道德情怀的专业教育者;发挥教师的“整全性”取向,在教学评价中做到“技”“艺”融通;彰显教师的智慧性,建构人机共生的教育新形态。
At present,the development of artificial intelligence has entered a new stage and presents new characteristics.While empowering teachers to innovate in teaching,it also puts teachers into the dilemma of changing their roles.In the era of artificial intelligence,teachers are facing crises such as the marginalization of the role of knowledge communicators,the blurring of the role of standard teachers,the instrumentalization of the role of teaching evaluators,and the substitution of the role of labor workers.In order to cope with the crises of their roles,teachers’roles need to be changed:highlighting teachers’educational nature and changing from focusing on transmission to focusing on guidance;strengthening teachers’subjectivity and becoming professional educators with moral feelings;giving full play to teachers’“holistic”orientation and realizing the integration of“skills”and“arts”in teaching evaluation;demonstrating the wisdom of teachers and building a new form of education in which humans and machines coexist.
