大中小学思政课集体备课的“四轮驱动”机制探析

大中小学思政课集体备课是思政课“循序渐进、螺旋上升”,提升思政课教师教学理论水平,促进各学段学生自由全面发展的必然要求。目前,大中小学思政课集体备课的制度健全和组织保障有待再聚焦,主动作为和创新思维有待再提高,备课形式和成果呈现有待再创新,数据管理和可视系统有待再强化,因此应加强顶层设计,建立以党的领导为核心的组织保障机制,明确以协同育人为目标的教师培养机制,确定以同一主题为原则的操作运行机制,完善以数据管理为重点的实时监管机制,从而有效提升大中小学思政课集体备课效果,提高教学质量。

The collective lesson preparation of ideological and political courses in primary schools,high schools,and colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for the“step-by-step and spiral rise”of ideological and political courses,the improvement of the level of teaching theories of ideological and political teachers,and the promotion of the free and comprehensive development of students at all stages of schooling.At present,the institutional improvement and organizational guarantee for collective lesson preparation of ideological and political courses in primary schools,high schools,and colleges and universities need to be refocused,proactive actions and innovative thinking need to be improved,forms of lesson preparation and presentation of results need to be innovated,and data management and visual systems need to be strengthened.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen top-level design,establish an organizational guarantee mechanism with Party leadership as the core,clarify the teacher training mechanism with the goal of collaborative education,determine the operation mechanism based on the same theme,and improve the real-time supervision mechanism focusing on data management,so as to effectively improve the effect of collective lesson preparation of ideological and political courses in primary schools,high schools,and colleges and universities,and improve the quality of teaching.
