基于“翻转—微课程”教学模式探索“细胞与分子生物学”交叉学科课程教学新体系

摘要 整合并完善生命科学知识体系,是创新新时代教学模式的重要探索,是改善高等教育质量的重要路径,是加深高年级医学生对医学基础知识理解程度的重要环节。该文以南京医科大学开设的“细胞与分子生物学”交叉学科课程建设为例,深入探讨了“翻转—微课程”教学模式在医学基础课程教学实践中的建设理念,并在原有教学模式的基础上,重新整合知识框架、优化教学内容、改革教学模式,实践并验证了“翻转—微课堂”教学模式的优势,不断深化并重建了新的教学体系,为培养高年级医学生科学素养提供了坚实的理论基础,为国家储备高素质医学人才添砖加瓦。 Integrating and improving the knowledge system of life science is an important exploration to innovate the teaching model in the new era,an important path to improve the quality of higher education,and an important link to deepen senior medical students’understanding of basic medical knowledge.Taking the construction of the interdisciplinary course Cell and Molecular Biology offered by Nanjing Medical University as an example,this paper deeply explores the construction concept of the“flipped micro-course”teaching model in the teaching practice of basic medical courses,and based on the original teaching model,reintegrates the knowledge framework,optimizes the teaching content,reforms the teaching model,practices and verifies the advantages of the“flipped micro-course”teaching model,continuously deepens and reconstructs the new teaching system,in order to provide a solid theoretical basis for cultivating the scientific literacy of senior medical students,and contribute to the country’s reserve of high-quality medical talents.
