产教融合背景下高职院校人才培养路径探索

Exploration on the Talent Training Path of Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

服务社会经济发展需要,培养高素质应用型人才是高职教育的使命担当,文章立足产教融合和应用型人才培养的关系,阐述产教融合育人的现实意义,剖析当前产教融合过程中存在的主要问题,提出从政府主导、校企优势互补、协作共赢角度探索“产教融合、多元协作”培养应用型人才的策略。

Serving the needs of social and economic development and cultivating high-quality applied talents is the mission of higher vocational education.Based on the relationship between industry-education integration and the cultivation of applied talents,this paper expounds the practical significance of industry-education integration,analyzes the main problems existing in the current process of industry-education integration,and proposes the strategy of“industry-education integration and diversified collaboration”to cultivate applied talents from the perspective of government leadership,complementary advantages of the school and enterprises,and win-win cooperation.
