摘要
“双减”和“五项管理”拉开了义务教育改革的帷幕,同时为新时代条件下如何开展义务教育、提升教学质量提供了理论基础和科学指南。以“双减”和“五项管理”为背景,在已有研究成果的基础上,分析政策执行的问题堵点,从“思想先行、教学跟上、管理配套、育人为本”四个方面,结合工作实践和教学探索,提出了基于“双减”和“五项管理”的教学育人新模式,旨在为提高义务教育高发展质量、全面落实“双减”和“五项管理”工作提供理论支撑。
“Double reduction”and“five managements”opened the curtain on the reform of compulsory education,and at the same time provided a theoretical basis and scientific guidance for carrying out compulsory education and improving teaching quality under the conditions of the new era.Taking“double reduction”and“five managements”as the background,and on the basis of existing research results,this paper analyzes the problems and blocking points of policy implementation.Starting from the four aspects of“thinking first,improving teaching,supporting management,and educating people”,and combined with work practice and teaching exploration,a new model of teaching and education based on“double reduction”and“five managements”is proposed,aiming to improve the quality of compulsory education development,and provide theoretical support for fully implementing“double reduction”and“five managements”.
