摘要
根据《环境监测分析方法标准制修订技术导则》(HJ 168-2010)对《水质硫化物的测定亚甲蓝分光光度法》(HJ 1226-2021)进行方法验证,对硫化物的检出限、精密度及正确度进行了验证。结果表明:本实验室现有的设备、人员、环境条件具有开展HJ 1226-2021方法测定硫化物的能力。
The Validation on the Determination of Sulfides in Water Quality-Methylene Blue Spectrophotometric Method(HJ 1226-2021)was conducted based on the Technical Guidelines for the Preparation and Revision of Environmental Monitoring and Analysis Method Standards(HJ 168-2010).The detection limit,precision,and accuracy of sulfides were verified.The results showed that the existing equipment,personnel,and environmental conditions in our laboratory have the ability to carry out the HJ 1226-2021 method for the determination of sulfides.
