摘要
本项目基于塑胶发泡废气的来源与特点,结合项目建设规模和要求,设计采用气旋吸收与湿式静电耦合主体工艺对废气进行处理。安装调试稳定后,对该系统进行了20天连续监测。监测结果表明,该系统对塑胶发泡废气的主要污染物颗粒物、非甲烷总烃、一氧化碳、氮氧化物和二氧化硫有较好的处理效果,平均净化效率分别为93.20%、91.34%、90.00%、94.24%、87.07%,稳定达到排放标准。该系统具有技术可靠、运行稳定、去除效果好等特点。
Based on the source and characteristics of plastic foam waste gas,combined with the construction scale and requirements of the project,this project designed a main process of cyclone absorption and wet electrostatic coupling to treat the waste gas.After stable installation and debugging,the system was continuously monitored for 20 days.The monitoring results indicate that the system has good treatment effects on the main pollutants of plastic foam exhaust gas,including particulate matter,non methane total hydrocarbons,carbon monoxide,nitrogen oxides,and sulfur dioxide.The average purification efficiency is 93.20%,91.34%,90.00%,94.24%,and 87.07%respectively,and it stably meets the emission standards.This system has the characteristics of reliable technology,stable operation,and good removal effect.
