摘要
随着社会经济的发展和科技水平的不断提高,人们对氯化石蜡生产技术的需求也越来越高。生产企业要想在激烈的竞争中取得有利的地位,获得高效的发展空间,首先要提升自身的综合竞争实力,持续对每个节点展开优化整合,同时也要承担尾气治理的相应社会责任。为此,某厂以精制皂蜡和氯气为主要原料,使用催化光氯化新技术生产氯化石蜡。尾气中的主要污染物为氯化氢和氯气,并采用三个串联吸收塔吸收尾气,吸收速率大,效果好。
With the development of social economy and the progress of science and technology,people have not only improved their quality of life,but also raised the requirements for the production process of chlorinated paraffin.In order for production enterprises to occupy a strong position in fierce competition and obtain effective development space,they must first improve their comprehensive competitive strength,continuously optimize and integrate various nodes,and also take relevant social responsibilities for exhaust gas treatment.For this reason,a certain factory uses refined soap wax and chlorine gas as the main raw materials,and uses new catalytic photocatalytic chlorination technology to produce chlorinated paraffin.The main pollutants in the tail gas are hydrogen chloride and chlorine,and the tail gas is absorbed by three series absorption towers with high absorption rate and good results.
