Virtual reality technology,as an advanced digital technology,has attracted wide attention in the field of environmental art design in recent years.The purpose of this study is to explore the application of virtual reality technology in environmental art design,and to study its impact on the creative process and work presentation.This study finds that virtual reality technology provides rich creative tools and presentation methods for environmental art designers.Virtual reality technology can simulate real or fictional environments,allowing artists to create and express within them.At the same time,virtual reality technology can also enhance the audience's sense of participation and immersion,and enhance the artistic experience of the work.However,the application of virtual reality technology in environmental art design still faces some challenges,such as technical cost,equipment limitations and user acceptance.Therefore,future research should focus on solving these problems and further expand the innovative application of virtual reality technology in environmental art design.
