胜利露天煤矿煤层可爆性评价研究

摘要 为了探明胜利露天煤矿煤层的可爆性,实现爆破参数的合理设计,取得良好的爆破效果,对胜利露天煤矿煤层进行可爆性分级。选出了5种具有代表性的可爆性评价指标,通过室内试验与现场试验测得5种特征指标的详细数值,运用层次分析法和熵权法计算各个指标权重,将所得数据使用综合赋权云模型分析法进行分析,得到煤层可爆性分级,并与使用普氏分级法得到的可爆性相互验证。最终确定胜利露天煤矿煤层的可爆性等级为极易爆等级。 In order to explore the explosiveness of the coal seam in Shengli No.1 Open-pit Coal Mine,realize the reasonable design of blasting parameters and achieve good blasting effect,the article carries out the explosiveness classification of the coal seam of Shengli No.1 Open-pit Coal Mine,selects five representative characteristics of the explosiveness,and measures the detailed values of the five characteristics through laboratory and field tests.The article uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method to calculate the weights of each index,analyzes the obtained data by the comprehensive weighted cloud model analysis method to obtain the classification of coal seam explosiveness,which was mutually verified with the explosiveness obtained by the Platts classification method.Finally,the explosiveness grade of Shengli No.1 Open-pit Coal Mine is determined to be extremely explosive grade.
