摘要
为了研究露天矿山单斗卡车工艺下装载区最优调度策略,对多车型情况下的挖机装车时间进行了实测数据分析,得到了多车型挖机装车时间模型;通过小装载区模型和大装载区模型对装载区进行了分类建模,在不同装载区模型下对比分析了多种调度模型。结果表明:在小装载区模型下的最优调度策略为选择与卡车产能最匹配的挖机,在大装载区模型下的最优策略为选择当前所有排队车辆最早完成装载的挖机。
In order to study the optimal scheduling strategy in loading area of open-pit mines under single bucket truck technique,this article analyzes the measured data of the excavator loading time under the condition of multiple vehicle models,and obtains a multi vehicle excavator loading time model,classifies and models the loading area using the small loading area model and the large loading area model.The article compares and analyzes multiple scheduling models under different loading area models.The results show that the optimal scheduling strategy under the small loading area model is to select the excavator that best matched the truck production capacity.Under the large loading area model,the optimal strategy is to select the excavator that completed the loading earliest for all queuing vehicles currently.
