块度识别技术在电子雷管延期时间优化中的应用

摘要 基于新疆天池能源南露天矿复杂岩性爆破效果不佳的情况,采用控制变量法,通过分析延期时间取值范围,分别针对不同可爆性的岩体进行孔间、排间最优微差时间选取试验;在保持孔网参数和单耗等参数均不变的情况下,调整孔间延时和排间延时,提出相应的爆破参数和方案;通过采用岩块粒度分析软件Split-Desktop 4.0对爆堆图片进行自动识别,得到不同孔间和排间延期时间下大块率及平均块度,以及不同延期时间对爆堆形态及松散度的影响。结果表明:针对南露天矿试验地段复杂岩性,当孔间延时取30 ms,排间延时取51 ms时,爆堆平整,块度均匀,爆破效果较好。 Based on the poor blasting effect of the complex lithology in Xinjiang Tianchi Energy South Open-pit Mine,the control variable method was used to analyze the range of delay time values,and the optimal millisecond time selection tests between holes and rows were carried out respectively for rocks with different blastability.Under the condition of keeping the parameters of hole network and unit consumption unchanged,the delay between holes and rows was adjusted,and the corresponding blasting parameters and schemes were proposed.Through the use of rock particle size analysis software Split-Desktop4.0,the blasting pile image is automatically identified,the block rate and average fragmentation under different delay time between holes and rows,as well as the influence of different delay time on the shape and looseness of blasting pile are obtained.The results show that for the complex lithology in the test section of South Open-pit Mine,when the delay between holes is 30 ms and the delay between rows is 51 ms,the blasting pile is flat,the fragmentation is uniform,and the blasting effect is good.
