P&H2800XP电铲提升失控故障原因分析及诊断方法

摘要 为了提高电铲出动率,缩短电铲故障时间,结合提升控制原理详细分析了电铲提升失控故障的原因及诊断方法,并且列举了部分曾经出现过的提升失控故障案例。结果表明:通过分析P&H2800XP电铲提升失控故障原因,促进了技术人员对电铲疑难故障的研究工作,提升了现场维修人员的技能水平,提高了电铲生产效率。 In order to improve the operation rate of the electric shovel and shorten the failure time,this article analyzes the causes and diagnosis methods of the out-of-control lifting failure of the shovel in combination with lifting control principle and lists some cases of out-of-control lifting failure that have occurred before.The results show that through analyzing the cause of P&H2800XP electric shovel lifting out-of-control fault,the article promotes the research work of the difficult fault of the shovel,improves the skill level of the on-site maintenance personnel,and improves the production efficiency of the shovel.
