铝合金电池包箱体强度刚度分析

摘要 针对铝合金在汽车轻量化中的应用优势,从材料选型的角度对电池包箱体进行优化,结构件均采用铝合金件,在保证整体结构的同时,大大减轻了电池包的质量,满足国家对乘用车轻量化的要求。采用有限元法对新能源电动汽车铝制电池包箱体进行结构强度及弯曲刚度分析,获得电池包箱体在6种典型工况下的应力分布和位移情况。结果表明,6种典型工况下电池包箱体的结构均满足强度性能要求,每个安装点的弯曲刚度也符合设计要求,为电池包结构的进一步设计和开发提供参考。 Based on the application advantages of aluminum alloy in automobile lightweight,the battery case from the perspective of material selection was optimized.The structural parts were made of aluminum alloy,which greatly reduced the weight of the battery pack while ensuring the overall structure,meeting the national requirements for lightweight passenger vehicles.The finite element method was used to analyze the structural strength and flexural stiffness of the aluminum battery pack box of the new energy electric vehicle.The stress distribution and displacement of the battery pack box under six typical working conditions were obtained.The results showed that the structure of the battery pack box under six typical working conditions met the strength performance requirements,and the bending stiffness of each mounting point also met the design requirements,providing a theoretical basis for the further design and development of the battery pack structure.
