摘要
为解决大批硬币包装困难的问题,方便对硬币进行分类、整理和包装,设计了一款低成本硬币打包机。采用SolidWorks对硬币打包机进行结构设计,压紧、支撑包装、动力驱动各机构协调工作,实现硬币打包功能。同时,为解决硬币打包机携带方便、节省制作材料的问题,在拓扑优化理论的基础上利用Ansys Workbench对打包机进行优化设计,整体质量减少50%。设计的硬币打包机体积小、成本低、美观便携,自由化程度高,实用性强,可快速打包硬币,具有良好的实用和推广价值。
In order to solve the problem of packaging a large number of coins and to facilitate the classification,sorting and packaging of coins,a low-cost coin packer was designed.The three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks was used to design the structure of the coin packer.The designed coin packer mainly includes three parts:pressing mechanism,supporting packaging mechanism and power driving mechanism.Each part works in coordination,and finally realizes the packing function of coins.In order to make the coin packer easy to carry and to save manufacturing materials,based on the topology optimization theory,ANSYS Workbench was used to optimize the design of the coin packer,and the overall weight was reduced by 50%.The designed coin packer has small volume,low cost,beautiful and convenient,high degree of liberalization,strong practicability,and can pack coins quickly.Therefore,it has good practical and promotional value,and has a broad market prospect.
