某型号转向机上管柱仿真研究

摘要 转向系统是汽车的重要组成部分,主要功能是给驾驶员提供辅助性转向扭矩。当前转向系统上管柱模型的结构和连接关系复杂,影响系统频率的可变因素繁多。以转向系统上管柱为例,首先根据实际工程要求建立上管柱结构的三维模型;然后结合实际工况建立简化的上管柱有限元模型,采用ABAQUS仿真软件进行上管柱结构的模态分析,并与试验结果进行对比验证;最后研究了系统轴承支承刚度值对固有频率的影响。结果表明,随着支承刚度的增大,系统的固有频率先增大后趋于一个恒定值。可为上管柱结构在工程设计中提供一定的技术支持。 Steering system is an important component of the vehicle,and its main function is to provide auxiliary steering torque to the driver.The structure and connection relationship of the upper column model of the current steering system were complicated,and there were many variable factors affecting the system frequency.Taking the upper column of the steering system as an example,firstly,the 3D model of the upper column structure was established according to the actual engineering requirements;then the simplified finite element model of the upper column was established with the actual working conditions,and the modal analysis of the upper column structure was carried out by ABAQUS simulation software and compared with the test results for verification;finally,the influence of the bearing stiffness value of the system on the inherent frequency was studied.The results showed that with the increase of bearing stiffness,the inherent frequency of the system first increased and then tended to a constant value.It can provide some technical support for the engineering design of the upper tube and column structure.
