摘要
基于霍尔效应原理设计制作了一套用于测量磁化率的Hall bar测量装置。该装置由霍尔片和励磁线圈及外接源表组成,用该装置测量了Mn12-Ac单分子磁体的直流与交流磁化率。实验结果表明:该装置可以很好地获得磁性样品的交流及直流磁化率随温度、频率、磁场的变化行为;低于10 Hz低频交流磁化率的测量精度达到10^(-12)A·m^(2);在相同测量精度时,Hall bar测量装置所需的样品比PPMS小约4个数量级。该装置为研究磁性材料的磁学行为提供了较好的实验基础。
Based on the Hall effect principle,a set of Hall bar measurement device is designed to measure the susceptibility.The device consists of Hall sheet and excitation coil and external sources,and the DC and AC susceptibilitys of single-molecule magnets Mn12-Ac are measured by the device.The experimental results show the device can obtain the change behavior of AC and DC susceptibility with temperature,frequency and magnetic field;the measurement accuracy of the hall bar measurement device below 10 Hz reaches 10^(-12)A·m^(2);the sample required by the Hall bar measurement device is about four orders of magnitude smaller than the PPMS.This device provides a good experimental basis for studying the magnetic behavior of magnetic materials.
