摘要
针对传统新风机组除湿能力不足的问题,研制一种增设U型除湿热管的新风机组,以满足上海地区的除湿要求。在传统的单一表冷器新风机组中,增设除湿热管能够提高除湿效率,且对新风具有再热的效果。针对300 m^(3)/h风量热管新风机组标准工况和温湿度独立控制空调系统运行工况,进行了标准工况下热管新风机组与梅雨季、夏季典型工况的除湿性能对比实验。实验结果表明:标准工况下,带有除湿热管的新风机组每小时新风除湿量为4 600~4 700 g/h,比单一表冷器的除湿能力提升了约200 g/h;梅雨季实验除湿能力为5 200 g/h,而夏季典型工况下除湿能力为4 000 g/h。这种用于温湿度独立控制空调系统的热管新风机组,对新型空调系统的推广应用与节能减排具有重要意义。
In view of the problem of insufficient dehumidification capacity of the traditional fresh air unit,a new air unit with U-shaped dehumidification heat pipe was developed to meet the dehumidification requirements in Shanghai.In the traditional single table cooler fresh air unit,the addition of dehumidification heat pipe can improve the dehumidification efficiency and have a reheating effect on the fresh air.According to the standard working conditions and temperature and humidity independent control of air conditioning system operating conditions of 300 m^(3)/h air volume heat pipe fresh air unit,tests were carried out.The results show that under standard working conditions,the fresh air dehumidification capacity of fresh air unit with dehumidification heat pipe per hour is 4600~4700 g/h,which is about 200 g/h higher than that of the individual table cooler.The experimental dehumidification capacity is 5200 g/h in the rainy season,while the dehumidification capacity is 4000 g/h under typical working conditions in summer.This air conditioning system is of great significance for the promotion and application of new air conditioning system and energy saving and emission reduction.
