基于AuPt/β-CD-RGO构建的H_(2)O_(2)电化学传感器性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 在水相中制备β-环糊精修饰氧化石墨烯(β-CD-GO),并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)对材料进行表征。利用恒电位电沉积技术将β-CD-GO电还原到玻碳电极(GCE)表面,以制备β-环糊精修饰还原氧化石墨烯(β-CD-RGO)修饰GCE;以β-CD-RGO修饰GCE为工作电极,进一步采用恒电位电沉积技术将Au与Pt纳米粒子共同电沉积到β-CD-RGO修饰GCE表面,得到AuPt/β-CD-RGO修饰GCE,即过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))电化学传感器。基于AuPt/β-CD-RGO修饰GCE,文章采用循环伏安法研究H_(2)O_(2)的电化学行为,并探索电沉积时间对H_(2)O_(2)电催化活性的影响,以期为纺织等行业H_(2)O_(2)电化学检测方法的建立提供依据。 Graphene oxide modified byβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD-GO)was prepared in aqueous phase and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).β-CD-GO was electroreduced onto the surface of glassy carbon electrode(GCE)by the constant potential electrodeposition technology for preparation the GCE modified byβ-cyclodextrin-reduced graphene oxide(β-CD-RGO);with the GCE modified byβ-CD-RGO was used as the working electrode,further constant potential electrodeposition technology was used to coelectrodeposit Au and Pt nanoparticles onto the GCE modified byβ-CD-RGO surface,obtaining the GCE modified by AuPt/β-CD-RGO,also known as hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))electrochemical sensor.Based on AuPt/β-CD-RGO modified GCE,this paper uses cyclic voltammetry to study the electrochemical behavior of H_(2)O_(2)and explores the effect of electrodeposition time on the electrocatalytic activity of H_(2)O_(2),in order to provide a basis for the establishment of electrochemical detection methods for H_(2)O_(2)in textile and other industries.
