口罩泄漏性影响因素的探讨

Study on the influence factors of mask leakage

口罩泄漏性是评价口罩防护效果的一个重要指标,口罩的实际防护效果由口罩的总泄漏率决定,而口罩的总泄漏率由口罩的过滤效率及其与面部的贴合度两部分组成。口罩的过滤效率关系到滤材的选用,与面部的贴合度又与口罩的工艺和外观形状设计以及佩戴者的脸型有关。文章主要从口罩的过滤效率、口罩的形状、口罩的设计和佩戴者的脸型4个方面对口罩的泄漏性进行分析,结果表明,无论哪方面存在缺陷,都会直接影响口罩的整体泄漏性。

Mask leakage is an important indicator for evaluating the protective effect of a mask.The actual protective effect of a mask is determined by the total leakage rate of the mask,which is composed of two parts:the filtering efficiency of the mask and the leakage rate of the facial fit.The filtering efficiency of a mask is related to the selection of filter materials,and the leakage rate of facial fit is also related to the mask’s process and appearance design,as well as the wearer’s face shape.This paper mainly analyzes the leakage of masks from four aspects:the filtering efficiency of masks,the shape of masks,the design of masks and the face shape of the wearer.The results show that no matter which aspect has defects,it will directly affect the overall leakage of masks.
