全浮动型玉米旋耕播种一体机设计

摘要 随着国内外农业生产水平的不断发展,对农业生产效率提出了更高的要求,播种作业也逐渐迈向工业化。我国重要农作物玉米在不同区域的种植环境区别大,为提高播种机对不同种植环境的适应性,设计了一款新型全浮动型玉米播种机,具有旋耕、播种、施肥及固土功能。针对于不同地区的不同湿度,该播种机可以在不影响播种深度的情况下调节旋耕土壤深度,间接提高玉米对不同环境的适应性。 With the continuous development of agricultural production level at home and abroad,the requirements of agricultural production efficiency are also higher,seeding operations are gradually toward industrialization.The planting environment of maize,an important crop in China,varies greatly in different regions,in order to improve the adaptability of the planter to the different planting environment,this paper designed a new full-floating maize planter,which has the function of spinning,sowing,fertilizing and cementing soil.According to the different humidity in different areas,the seeder can adjust the soil depth of rotary tillage without affecting the sowing depth,and indirectly improve the adaptability of maize to different environments.
