汇总近5年的数据,应用趋势分析法对农村土地托管的现状进行探究,结合其面临的困境,提出相应对策。总体来说土地托管呈稳中向好趋势,土地托管主体和被托管农户之间形成双方共赢的利益联结机制。在这种合约形式的委托—代理关系下,也存在着资金、组织化程度、服务能力、风险保障等托管问题。如果从完善土地托管保障体系、推动产业融合、加强政策扶持等方面入手,可以降低农村土地托管现风险,从而获取更好的效益。

Based on the data collected in the past 5 years,apply trend analysis method to explore the current situation of rural land trusteeship,and propose corresponding countermeasures based on the difficulties it faces.Generally speaking,it was found that land trusteeship is showing a stable and positive trend,and a win-win interest connection mechanism is formed between the land trusteeship subject and the entrusted farmers.Under this contractual form of principal-agent relationship,there are also custody issues such as funding,degree of organization,service capabilities,and risk protection.If we improve the land trusteeship security system,promote industrial integration and strengthen policy support,we can reduce the risk of rural land trusteeship and obtain better benefits.
