发酵类中草药研究进展

摘要 从发酵类中药能够增强药效、降低毒性、分泌活性物质和不同微生物菌种发酵及不同的发酵方式等方面进行综述,介绍了发酵类中药在药渣再利用、饲料添加剂、畜禽疾病防治的应用与进展,并对发酵类中药在发酵过程中菌种筛选、发酵工艺标准、产业规模化和科学理论基础的不足进行了预测。在现代微生物学、中医药学等学科的结合下,进一步探究更加标准成熟的发酵工艺,使发酵类中药的药用价值与应用前景发挥巨大潜能。 This paper reviewed fermented herbal medicines in terms of their ability to enhance efficacy,reduce toxicity,secrete active substances and fermentation by different microbial strains and different fermentation methods.The applications and progress of fermented herbal medicines in the reuse of drug residues,feed additives and livestock and poultry disease control are introduced.It also predicts the shortage of strain screening,fermentation process standard,scale up of industry and scientific theoretical basis of fermented herbal medicines in the fermentation process.With the combination of modern microbiology,Chinese medicine and other disciplines,a more standard and mature fermentation process is further explored to make the medicinal value and application prospect of fermented herbal medicines reach great potential.
