摘要
随着对食用菌绿色种植技术的不断探索和实践,侯马市食用菌绿色食品生产技术已趋于成熟,品质、产量和效益都实现了极大提高。为了更好地推广食用菌绿色种植技术,提高优质化生产水平,满足食用菌消费者对绿色食品的需求,实现较高的生产收益,助力乡村振兴,总结了绿色食品猴头菇的栽培场地要求、栽培季节、菌种制作、栽培管理、转茬管理、病害防治、生产废弃物处理等方面的生产技术。
With the continuous exploration and practice of edible mushroom green planting technology,Houma City edible mushroom green food production technology has become mature.The quality,yield and benefit have been greatly improved.In order to better promote the green planting technology of edible fungi,improve the quality of production level,meet the demand of edible fungi consumers for green food,achieve higher production income,and help rural rejuvenation,the production technology of green food Hericium erinaceus was summarized in terms of cultivation site requirements,cultivation season,strain production,cultivation management,crop rotation management,disease prevention and treatment of production waste.
