摘要
针对高效回收刚果(金)某铜钴尾矿中残余的铜和钴,并控制较低的铁浸出率进行了氧压浸出试验研究。通过条件优化,在初始硫酸质量浓度100 g/L、浸出温度150℃、浸出时间120 min、液固比4∶1、氧分压0.6 MPa、搅拌转速600 r/min的条件下,铜、钴的浸出率分别达到98.23%和98.09%。
How to recycle the residual copper and cobalt in one copper-cobalt tailings in Congo and how to control the lower leaching rate of iron?for the above mentioned question,oxygen pressure leaching experiment study was carried out.After conditions optimization,when the initial sulfuric acid mass concentration is 100 g/L,the leaching temperature is 150℃,the leaching time is 120 min,the liquid-solid ratio is 4:1,the oxygen partial pressure is 0.6 MPa,the agitating speed is 600 r/min,the leaching rate of copper and cobalt can separately reach to 98.23%and 98.09%.
