摘要
二氧化钛纳米管的制备和生长机理一直以来是二氧化钛材料研究的热点和难点。介绍了采用阳极氧化法制备出二氧化钛纳米管。二氧化钛纳米管的规则管道结构、较小的纳米管端口部曲率半径及丰富的表面态是其性能得以改善的重要原因。
Preparation and growth mechanism of TiO_(2)nanotubes has always been a hot and difficult issue in TiO_(2)materials studies.It is introduced the preparation of TiO_(2)nanotubes by anodic oxidation process.TiO_(2)nanotubes have regular pipe structure,small curvature radius of nano tube port section and abundant surface states,all of these were important reasons for improvement of its performance.
