摘要
采用还原氯化法从锡渣中回收铌、钽,其最佳工艺条件是初始碳含量为14%,反应温度为800℃,反应时间为(30~40) min,氯气流量为0.10 L/min,铌、钽挥发率在95%以上。锡渣在还原氯化前先采用酸洗方法,对提高铌、钽的纯度有利。
Niobium and tantalum recovery from tin residues has been carried out by using of reduction-chlorination method,the optimal process conditions were:the initial carbon content was 14%,the reaction temperature was 800℃,the reaction time was(30~40)min,the chlorine flow was 0.10 L/min,the volatilization rate of niobium and tantalum was more than 95%.Acid pickling of tin residues should be carried out before reduction-chlorination in order to improve the purity of niobium and tantalum.
